$25 key deposit reqired to confirm bookings and will be deducted from you final bill.
Booking cancelations with less than 5 days notice will forfiet booking fees.
Booking cancelations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged full rates.
Exceptions to these charges are up to the discretion of the manager.
Discounted rates may be available in special circumstances, either for families or
long staying customers during weekdays.
